When ever a tree gives us shed we are very happy we want more so we pluck there fruits and enjoy them.Tree also enjoy giving us what we want but when the leaves are gone fruit seasons are no there we demand for fruit it cant give any thing we don't even provide it with water and leave it in the the sunny rays the leaves are shed and continuously it became a dry structure and then finding it of no use we cut them this is what professional.

when i joined office I was trained by two men one with technical side and other with documentary side the first one was very jolly and very kind he was a south Indian fellow and helped me a lot. He also helped the company with a technically critical project where all the lucrative Hippocrates were failing he of his own has helped the company with coming out of the project in flying color.

Now he was entitled with the Work Shop work and he had do the work without any resource and he was asked to do the impossible with some uneducated illiterates fellow who don't know anything except sign the documents without any help from the managements and above all he has also to face the ugly politics of the relatives who were siting in the management . Those bustards think the war have been won but they don't know one thing that before going he have trained two of his replica and the war is not over.

It was 25th of nov,2008 only 10days after coming to Gujarat I had nearly posted my hundred of CV to different Company but no call yet.On that I thought to check for any design course so I went to a private designing farm for enquiring the design cources and thier fees, then i returned to the

hotel only to return there again i was called by an construction company to whom i had submitted by resume but the matter of the fact was that i don't know the abc of that company I thought that it is a promoter company I thought for few moments that how can I being a Engineer how can do the promoters job notwithstanding I as there was no job in the market so I thought I will be considered an Idiot if i get a job and do not obliged to it. At 2 o'clock in the afternoon I mover to the given address

I was really tensed and worried remembering the day when CTS rejected me after a brilliant interview. At appox 2'15 a man came to me and asked me to follow him to a room no introduction no response to wishes I like a faithful cow follow him in the cabin there was a old man with bald head he was a Guju i remembered 'baniya hu saab paisa nahi dunga' he without any more delay said directly you will be getting 8000 rupees CTC per month I am a Engineer damm it !! I thought but next thought came to me no job again this frustration so only one word came to me " NO PROBLEM SIR " this interview was nothing less than a show off. Soon many documents was duly signed by me . They said that you will get your appointment next day and asked me to leave now . time at my watch was 5 so the sun was setting in the horizon and there was no food in my stomach but I was feel great I rang to all and said that I have at last got the JOB though the salary is kept always kept silent when i reached my room dad was sitting he asked me if i had some thing there was a concerned face which i have never seen before and also never forget again then i could not stood up and break down in the bad .

Mine favorite movie is "In pursuit of happiness" . This was the answer of mine when asked about the most liked movie by some friend whose name i cant recall.The similarity of the event which took place in my life is quiet astonishing commensuration dealing of those events was what need from my side but it happened as such it was a narrow escape for me when came out of the college with the engineering degree I was high in confidence to win the world and the fire in the bally was burning in higher Fahrenheit but this zeal was soon struck by the titanic when the economic recession hit the world many job were lost and man who were experienced were there on roads for new job. Fall of layman brothers were same as the titanic to me . All i used to think how to overcome such debacle and rise among the ashes but it was not to be each time i tried to rise i was brought down by some one or other no fault on there part as they were going through the same stage also . The Charles Darwin law of survival of the Fittest came very true in this case. The land where live is a small town in the natural state of Assam it was Turing out to be impossible to get a job sitting at my background so after wasting nearly 4 months I decided to move to a place where i can find a job and commence my carrier from there onwards. From the few probable states i decided to select "Baroda" known as Vadodara reason when asked by some one can not be explained well by me .BUT Decided to move on and START my new Journey to achieve greatness.
